Roses student awards: Commendation Awarded
The brief was to walk into a supermarket, find a product you dislike or perhaps think could be improved and rebrand it. I chose the brand Geo-organics and their organic, tinned bean range. I recognised that, today the consumer wants to see exactly what they are putting in their bodies. With this in mind, I developed an innovative, prototype piece of packaging that aimed to challenge the conventional tin and encourage healthy eating, while also developing a new identity that reflected the honestly of the brand. The resealable 'Bean Bags' are made from shower curtain, sealed with hair straighteners then screen-printed.
